The short version
We keep what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you and do the work you asked for, and we never sell it or mention you to your school. That is the whole deal. The rest of this page says the same thing at greater length.
What we collect
Quote requests: your name, email, program and school, what you need, and whatever you tell us about the situation. Newsletter signups: an email address. Referral applications: your name, email, where your people are, and the program you finished with us.
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own, runs no ad pixels and keeps no logins. Ordinary server logs exist the way they do for any website, and they roll off on the host's usual schedule.
What we use it for
Answering your request, sending the newsletter you asked for, or processing a referral application. Specialists see your engagement details on a need-to-know basis, and every one of them works under a standing confidentiality agreement.
We never contact your school, your employer or anyone else about you. Billing shows up discreetly. If somebody referred you, they are never told it was you, and you are never told who referred anyone else.
What we will not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not name students in reviews or marketing: notes on this site carry initials and a subject, nothing more. An address you gave for a quote gets no marketing email. The newsletter only goes to people who signed up for it.
Keeping it, and getting rid of it
Records stay while your work is live and afterwards for our accounts. Email contact@npgrads.com from the address on file and we will delete your contact record and unsubscribe you from anything you are on. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link that works first click.
