What a single course actually asks of you
It's worth adding up once, because the total is what breaks people rather than any individual piece. A three-credit course usually wants reading, an initial discussion post with real sources behind it, two replies that say something, a quiz, a smaller assignment, and then a large paper sitting near the back of the term waiting for you.
Almost none of that is the thing you enrolled to learn. It's formatting, hunting a citation that'll satisfy a style manual, and logging in at midnight to check whether anything changed. That's the part worth handing over.

Who picks it up matters more than anything else here
The logistics are the easy half. What you're really paying for is that the person reading your course every week actually trained in it, so subjects get matched against what the study group actually holds before anything is quoted.
Whoever that turns out to be stays with the course until the final. It keeps the writing steady, and more usefully it means the person drafting week nine can still remember the position week four took. Hand a course around between three people and something goes slightly out of tune. Graders sense it well before they could tell you what changed.

Some of a program is yours by design, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something they shouldn't. We say this up front rather than after you've paid. Where the line falls on clinical work is explained properly on the placement page.
- Proctored exams. You sit those. Questions about room scans or locked browsers get a straight no.
- Clinical and field hours. You work them. Our part is the site and the paperwork, and it ends there.
- Anything live: presentations you deliver, oral defenses, licensure testing.
- The grade itself. Work goes in written to the top of the rubric, and no honest promise goes further.
- Real sources. Every reference has to survive you clicking it, so nothing invented ever goes in.
Keeping it sounding like you
Before drafting starts, your specialist spends a little while with things you've already turned in. Not to imitate them line for line, but to notice the ordinary tells: how long you let a sentence run, whether you hedge, how you tend to open a paragraph. All of that carries forward into the term.
It's the least glamorous part of this and probably the most important. One instructor reads you every week for months. If the voice moves, that's what they notice, long before they'd ever question the content. If something doesn't sound like you when it arrives, say so and it gets rewritten, at no charge.

Does this include the final exam?
Getting you ready for it, always. That means a plan built backwards from whatever the exam actually covers, practice sat under the clock with answers worked through afterwards, and extra drilling wherever you keep losing marks. Where the exam is proctored and has to be yours, we say so plainly and prepare you properly instead of pretending there's a way around it.
Which platforms do you know?
The ones online programs actually run on, including Brightspace, Blackboard, Canvas and Moodle, plus the in-house courserooms and competency portals some universities build themselves. Specialists here have been working inside these environments since 2008, so no part of your quote is paying for somebody to learn an interface on your time.
Can I hand over one course instead of everything?
That's what most people do, and it's usually the smart move, because one course is normally the thing making the rest impossible. Pricing is per course, so nothing has to be bought as a bundle and there's no minimum to clear. If you want two or three running at once that's fine too, and each gets its own specialist.
What if I don't like something that comes back?
Say so and it gets rewritten. A revision inside seven days is included against what was originally agreed, at no extra cost. If something larger has gone wrong with the course, a lead picks it up rather than a queue. Raise it early instead of waiting politely: week three is a much easier fix than week ten.
Is there a point where I've left it too late?
Send your gradebook and you'll get the honest arithmetic. Whoever reads it looks at which assessments still carry enough weight to shift the outcome and builds a plan around those. Sometimes the answer is that one course is worth rescuing and another one isn't, and you'd much rather know that now. Either way the reading is free.
